Obituary for Caroline Robinson

Caroline Marie Robinson was born to Ida and Roy Bell on November 17, 1930 in Manhattan NY. She grew up in attended school on the Lower East side of Manhattan NY. Caroline was employed as a Nursing Assistant in Queens Memorial and East Elmhurst Hospital. It was there that she met her Husband Reginald Robinson Sr. In that union two children were born Brenda and Charlotte Robinson.

Caroline was employed for New York City Housing Authority as a Supervisor that trained young adults seeking vocational employment.

Caroline resided in South Jamaica Housing (40 projects). She lived in the same apartment for 60 years.

Caroline enjoyed life to the fullest!! She was a people person. She was very well known in Jamaica and other areas of NYC. She loved playing Bingo, cards, and other gambling activities. She loved socializing with Family and Friends. She never met a stranger.

Caroline was a pillar in the South Jamaica Housing community. She was loved by many, and will be greatly missed……

She leaves to morn one living daughter Charlotte Robinson (Brenda Deceased), siblings of Charlotte and Brenda: Reginald Robinson Jr., Evette Baretta, Cathy Baretta, and Marie Robinson, 5 grandchildren: Derrick Burt, Lashone Johnson ( Sidney), Tracy Wells, Gail Wells (Mike),Damon Jones, 6 Great –grand’s: Davon ,Amirah, Aundre, Javonna,Jamicheal, and Jamar, and a host of other loving family and friends.
