Death is like a weight around our hearts but the comforting words found at Act 24:15 "There will be a resurrection." and at Psalms 37: 10,11, and 29 "Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it." can lift our hearts with this promise. It is this promise for our future that can lift the veil of sadness.
