Obituary for Baxter Foxx

Baxter Foxx
Mr. Baxter Foxx Jr., age 59, affectionately called Foxx was born June 24,1956 in Washington D.C to the late Billy Baxter Foxx Sr. and Mary Frances (Miller) Foxx.
On Saturday February 27, 2016 Baxter was called home to be with his mother and father, after a brief illness.
Baxter was educated in NY city schools; soon as he was able to drive his father took him out of school and taught him how to drive 18 wheelers. Baxter ran the road for a while and began driving tour buses locally. Baxter gave that up and was blessed with a job working for DOT, attending to different bridges in the Tri-State area until his untimely passing.
Baxter touched so many hearts, he was a wonderful person, funny and just loved to have a good time and enjoy life. We will miss him so much.
Baxter leaves to cherish his memory his wife Georgia Foxx, son William Kelley and daughter Toshia Kelley, grandsons Shytique Kelley, Tyquan Mills, Courtney Kelley, granddaughter Kamille Kelley, great grandchildren Makai Kelley and Kori Mills, daughter in law Zara Kelley, brother in law Charles Vasser and sister in law Rose Walker, Four sisters, Denise Goodman of Kannapolis NC, Francine Foxx and Billie Jean Witherspoon both of Salisbury NC, Jo-Ann Brown of Rahway NJ and one Uncle Paul Foxx of Washington DC, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who love him dearly.
