Francis Ernest "Frank" Rustin
Francis E. Rustin was the product of Hilda Short and John Rustin. He is preceded in death by his mother, Hilda Short and John Rustin, and Agnes Short. Francis was born in Baltimore Maryland.

He came to N.Y. at an early age. Where he continued his education. Francis worked at odd jobs. He joined the army in 1972-73, but his profession was a mechanic. To cherish in his memories his daughter Paschell, Carter Rustin, Taisa Scott Carter, sister Burnell Ross, and host of nephews, cousins, nieces, and family and friends.
