The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of First Lady Debra Hicks can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Dr. and Mrs. Robert & Bernadette Rattiner
Condolence: We would like to convey our deepest sorrow and heartfelt sympathy to Paul and the entire Hicks family over Debra's passing. It was a privilege to know her and to care for her. She was a very special lady, and we will greatly miss her visits with us. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family as you go through this difficult time. We suppose the great comfort is in knowing she is at peace and will be comfortable and well-cared-for in Heaven. We love her and will miss her. --Dr. and Mrs. Robert & Bernadette Rattiner

Condolence: I offer my condolences to the Hicks family in the going home and transition of Debra Hicks. I remember the laughter and joy of a quiet but powerful spirit. She's in that place we're trying to reach, in peace in God's loving care. May God's Holy Spirit comfort her family and friends.
