Delroy (Popsy) Ivy died in his home on march 27, 2017 in queens village. He died peacefully in his sleep, he was 44yrs old

Delroy was born on January 27, 1973, in St. Mary Jamaica, WI to parents Danny Ivy & Joyce Mccala. He attended St. Mary's primary school & in his early teens he migrated to Brooklyn, NY.

Delroy worked at AAA Maspeth for 21 years as a tow truck driver, which he loved. Delroy was a loving & caring family man and person in general. He loved watching movies, playing games & spending quality time with the love of his life Niecey.

He was never a church person but he knows his God & he strongly believed in his word. He would not eat or drink without saying thanks to the lord. He always believed that when its your time to go its just your time. He was just a loving person he always had a smile on his face always showed everyone around him love. He was a man who believed in fairness and lending an helping hand. His favorite words were " The Father Got Me."

Delroy was survived by his parents his wife Vonice, children, Kiana, Keanu, Kristian , Chayse, Shane, Chad & Alyssa his brother Maurice, sisters Janique Venice.
