Obituary for John Cornelius "JC" Love
John Cornelius Love Jr. affectionally known as JC, was born December 6th, 1925 to the late Louise Houston and John Cornelius Love Sr. John was educated at the Stevens School in Quincy, Florida. John served for 21 years as a E5 specialist. John met and married Ms. Robaen Love and out of this u ion we're two daughters born named Brenda and Shelia Love.
In the 70’s, John came to New York and began working for the New York City Transit Authority. Later on in his life, John fathered a daughter named Lisa Love. In 1978, John met and married Thelma Pearl Keys and resided in Queens Village, NY. He continued to care for his wife and her daughter Marilyn Bell. John retired from both The US Army and NYC Transit Authority. He continued to care for his family as he traveled in his retirement.
Thursday June 22nd, 2017, John Cornelius Love Jr. departed this earthly life and now is presently with the Lord. He survives : His wife Thelma Love and 4 daughters ( Brenda Love-Pearsull, husband Jack Pearsull Shelia Springfield, husband Stewart Springfield, Marilyn Bell, and Lisa Love) and 3 brothers (James Patterson, Earl Patterson and Milton Cooper.) There are 8 grandchildren, ( Monique Maxwell, Susan Bell, William Springfield, Sharice Waddell, husband Robert Waddell, Wayne Springfield, Romara Pearsull, Viniya Lee, Timothy Bell and Edward Bell.) 9 great grandchildren ( Joshua Waddell, IsaiahWaddell, Tiana Maxwell, Sidney Maxwell, Sarah Tipping, Sani Nickle and Kaliyah Hardy.) 1 great great grandchild (Kyle Miller.) 1 sister in law ( Marie Orr.) 2 brothers in law (Sonny Keys and Nathaniel Keys.) 2 cousins (Troy Cox and Caesar.) 1 neice ( Pamela Patterson.) A host of family and friend.
