Obituary for Floyd Raynaldo "Ponnie" Warren

Floyd Raynaldo "Ponnie" Warren
Floyd will always be remembered for his courage during his difficult time. Unfortunately, on June 16, 2017 the pain was too difficult, he was imprisoned in a powerful darkness.

FLOYD R. WARREN aka (POONIE) was born on April 21, 1982, to Cynthia Delancey (Warren) and his absentee father Reynaldo Barber. He was born in Harlem Hospital located in New York City.

Poonie resided in North Carolina for the past 8 years, but was raised in Queens, New York by his wonderful parents Cynthia and the late Robert Delancey.

Poonie attended Springfield High School and later attended Job Corp. He was a freelancer and hard worker for 14 years. His dream was to become a Veterinarian and to study Culinary Arts. The love and passion he had for animals and food was beyond this earth, but nothing ever compared to the love and overbearing protection he had for his daughter (Jayda) and his family.

Because of Poonie's kind and loving heart and his funny sense of humor, he was loved by many. He will be missed!!

FLOYD R. WARREN leaves behind to mourn, his loving and trooping mother Cynthia Delancey (Warren), his one and only beautiful daughter Jayda Warren, his ace in the hole sister Jennifer Miles followed by her wife (Tiffany Miles), his two brothers: Calvin and Corey Cherry, his three step brothers: Michael Garlic, Jason and Eric Delancey, his best friend/partner Darrick Augborn aka (Lamont). A host of family members and close friends.
