Condolence: My deepest and heartfelt condolences to the O'Neil family. I worked with Irwyn since he started at Ernst & Young. He was more than a co-worker. He was a dear friend and he will be missed. He loved his family and talked of them often. He would light up when talking about his children and their bowling accomplishments. I will miss our conversations and the wisdom he often shared. I am greatly saddened for our earthly loss of Irwyn, but he has left so many of us with very fond memories to carry us on. I had the pleasure of working with Irwyn since the first day he walked through EY’s doors. Irwyn was a co-worker, friend and part of our family. We all shared many stories about our lives and families. Irwyn always beamed with great pride when he boasted about accomplishments and family events. He was so proud and grateful for all of you. And if the topic went to bowling, we were in for a treat, lessons and advice. So we are all so sorry to lose our “head pin” and know he put up a tremendous fight, loves you all so very much, and now rests with God. Warm best regards,

Condolence: Irwyn would come into work every day with a smile on his face and a positive spirit. He would bring the sunshine out of everyone around him and one couldn't help to laugh and smile with him. He will be truly missed. I feel truly blessed that I was able to work with Irwyn, even for a short time. He left an imprint in all our hearts.
