Obituary for Edwin T Jaudon Sr.

Edwin Travis Jaudon Sr. passed away on Sunday, April 15th 2018 at his home in Queens, NY. Edwin or "Big Eddie" as he was known, was born on October 29th 1956 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Ed Jaudon & Ruth (Wright) Jaudon.

Eddie served in the Army National Guard as a radar crewman until he was injured in a truck accident resulting in his honorable discharge in 1979.

Eddie was preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Parham who passed in 1998. Eddie met Victoria in Queens, NY and they were childhood sweethearts. They welcomed their only son, Edwin Travis Jaudon Jr. on May 27th 1979 & were married on December, 26th 1979.

Eddie was a jack of all trades & worked a wide variety of occupations in his years after the army ranging from locksmithing to construction to car manufacturing. Eddie was a private man & enjoyed living a quiet life in his later years but always remained devoted to his family & close friends. He was a lifelong lover of martial arts & had obtained his black belt. He was an avid marksman & enjoyed collecting weaponry. He enjoyed reading & listening to the classics. Those who knew him well know he could often be heard singing his favorite song "The Great Pretender". What brought Eddie the most joy was spending time with his son, Eddie Jr. & his family.

Eddie is survived by his devoted son, Edwin Travis Jaudon Jr., Grandson Logan, Brothers, Leonard, Oswald , Addren & William (Todd), Daughter in law Alexis, Nieces & Nephews, Mosi, Chanel, Ramel, Steven, Jennifer, Dapree & Aaron.

Eddie will be deeply missed by his family & friends & all who knew him.
