Condolences

Condolence From: Vincent J Cristiano
Condolence: I know this is very late, but I'd like to express my condolences to the family of a great man I knew as "Ritchie". I knew Ritchie from when I was a small child. He worked for my grandfather, Vincent Cristiano, and with my father, Vincent Cristiano. From when I was old enough to push a lawnmower I too began to work with Ritchie. He was like a brother to my father, and like an Uncle to me. I worked with him until I was 19 years old which is when my father died suddenly of cancer at 41 years old. Since we let the landscaping business go after my father died, I never saw Ritchie again. Richie came to my father's wake and cried along side me. It felt very good to have him there with me. I'm glad he got 85 years; hopefully most of them good years. Because Ritchie was such a big part of my childhood, I think about him often. Condolence: I am truly sorry for your great loss, may the God who gives "everlasting comfort" and "comfort your hearts and make you firm" (2 Thessalonians 2:16,17) be the source of strengthening you and your family to endure during this challenging time.

Condolence: To the Dunbar family. I’m so sorry to learn of the passing of your beloved Richard. May the scriptural promise of our Lord Jesus about the resurrection comfort you during this time of great sorrow. When Jesus was on the earth he demonstrated his ability to resurrect those that had fallen asleep in death. He will do so again for he said that “they will hear his voice and come out...” - John 5:28,29. Do not despair, because we could look forward to seeing our loved ones again, “for it is impossible for God to lie” - Hebrews 6:18; Revelation 21:4
