William Henry Peoples Jr. was born in Wilson, NC to Henry Peoples and Essie Mae Webb on March 26, 1934. He went to school in Wilson County. He married Lizzie Rouse on September 18, 1962 in North Carolina. He worked 62 years of his life. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He received an honorable discharge on September 5, 1961.

William Henry Peoples Jr. is survived by his wife Lizzie Peoples, children: David Lee Peoples and wife Cheryl Oliver, Sandra Peoples and husband Jimmy Alexander Williams, Curtis Peoples and wife Antoinette Peoples, Lonnie Williams, Jack Simmons, Leona Robinson, Iris Peoples, Nadine Peoples, Gail Watkins, Sherry Watkins, Zina Watkins, Tywana Jorden, Iya Peoples, Jason Peoples, Kalvon Peoples, Jerard Peoples, Christopher Peoples and Jessie Peoples.

Grandchildren: David Peoples Jr., Lashawna Peoples, Tracee Peoples, Ashley Smalls, Nicholas Watkins, Amir Peoples, Isaiah Peoples, Jalen Peoples, Tylill Evan, Brandon Evans, Roland Bevans, Karon Evans, Marquis Jorden, Mya Peoples and Sa’Rye Peoples.

Great Grandchildern: Nizair Watkins, Torrey Peoples, Nathan People and Elliott People. .

Sister-in-law: Rose Mae George and Fannie Candelario, Brother-in-law Rudolph George and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
