Obituary for Nkechi Anne Rover
A unique name for a unique person ,who was born in Georgetown Guyana on the 27 of September 1974 to her parents.
She was the third child of her parents who had five children ,but she was the only girl, so she was the queen in the home and her mother adored her. In her early days she attended Campbellville Government School.Then in 1987 when the entire family migrated to the United States of America, Nkechi Anne furthered studies ,first at Flushing High School ,where she graduated and then to SUNY Oswego University.
She was doing very well but stopped abruptly ,because of a neurological problem that prevented her from continuing.
Being a very positive and talented young lady, Nkechi Anne still continued classes at Hunter College ,but her health deteriorated and finally she had to stop her studies. Everywhere and everyone that got in contact with Nkechi loved her. She was an interesting person, simple ,and very intelligent.
Her christian attitude caused her to extend help to the elderly ,for a period of time. Nkechi had a fantastic voice that would calm anyone who listened to her.
That was one of the gifts that God has blessed her with ,a very intelligent speaker.
We all miss her greatly for her qualities ,her laughter, her jokes and her cooking.
Nkechi leaves to mourn her lost: her loving mother and father Esther and Neville Andrews.Her four brothers Dexter, Arlington,Wesley and Shaka. Her sisters-in-law Yonnette and Shona.
Her nieces and nephews Ngozi ,Nala Deonte ,Dahani and Darrion.
