The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Pugh can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

The Man was My Uncle and Father figure

The last we talked you gave me so many stories that was before you got sick before CHRISTMAS, we talked about you and your life how you came to New York and how you brought your siblings up here. We made plans to call chiffon after she was recovered from her surgery her and I would plan a big celebration for your birthday in 2014. My uncle and I have had so many conversation in the past two years since I've been in my own recovery he has help me tremendously with my emotional state by just giving the best advice he could from life experience. I'm truly loved you and so grateful for that special time spend these past couple of years as well all the years you took care of me and my siblings by always sending for us , always taking care of my Mother 100% when she was in need and even when she wasn't in need. My Love for uncle Percy is so deep I will truly miss you and your unconditional love for all of us that was in direct contact with you. I have accepted that I won't be able to talk or see you and wanting you to know that my heart is always felling you all the time I never will forget your gracious kindness toward me. Sleep in Peace and as god receive you in Heaven I thank him for taking you out of pain,so until we meet again I love and miss you always.
