Nanny

For as long as I can remember, i've known her as Nanny, my english great grandmother with the funny accent. I spent many days visiting her with my mother, every time we passed Rochdale, it was almost a routine to go and visit her. Since I was little, i've always thought it was the coolest thing in the world to be able to say that i have a great grandmother. Noone else had one but me and I'd brag to my friends all the time. Every time we'd visit, i would look at her and just feel so happy inside, seeing that she created this wonderful, diverse, loving family that I have. Nanny used to baby sit me all the time. I remember going to visit her and she'd always show me and Nya the baby carriage she'd push my mom and and the proceeded to tell us about how she'd have us early in the morning and take us on walks and stuff. Those were always my favorite. I remember seeing a bird in our back yard and my dad catching it and giving it to her. She was so excited and man did she love that bird. Always talking to it, making sure it was okay, she was always great at caring for other, such as my mom, myself and that bird. Im goingto miss her so much. Her voice, he smile, and all her house dresses. I know she's in good hands now and that she'll be watching over me and I love her so much. May God bless her and keep her. Rest In Paradise Nannny.
