Condolence: My fondest memories of Mr.Elder Don is his Love for the Lord and his outreach of reaching souls for Chirst. He was a truth soilder for the Lord. I loved the way hehad such adoration for his family especially for his wife Kitty Sister Gumbs. My condolences and prayers to the family.

Condolence: To the family and friends of the deceased,
Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Many have found true comfort in the pages of God's word the Bible (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). In God's word we find the promise that we can be reunited with our loved ones (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15). The Bible tells us where this happy reunion will take place (Psalm 37: 11, 29; Matthew 5:5). We are told why we die (Genesis 3:17-19; Romans 5:12), and that the God of the Bible (Psalm 83:18), will end death forever (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3,4). At John 8:32 Jesus said " and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free".

Condolence: My heart felt sympathy for the entire family. Rev. Gumbs will surely be missed but not forgotten. His spiritual body lives now with Christ Jesus and HE is surely adorned with a royal crown. There were many occasions where he and his lovely wife Kitty, would talk and pray for me, and they always prayed for their children and grandchildren daily.

Rest assured that he has left us ALL with his love, knowledge and the wisdom that GOD still reigns, and one day we will see him again!

Condolence: Mr. Don has known me practically my entire life. He started doing my hair when I was 13 yrs old. I have wonderful memories and am sorry to hear of his passing. My deepest and sincerest sympathies to his entire family.
