Compton Ricardo Peter Vincent was born January 22, 1965 in Georgetown, Guyana to Mr. Compton C. Vincent Sr. (Father) and Mrs. Wavenie Norma Vincent (Mother). He was the second child out of six siblings. He has survived by his daughter Natalya Hunt, Keana Hunt, grand-daughter Dawnasia Sirleaf, love of his life Renee Jones, Virgina Hunt-Walker (Daughter’s mother), two brothers Dwane Vincent and sister in-law Brenda Vincent, Horace Vincent and sister in-law Tatania Vincent, and sisters Zeta Vincent and Gail Hunt and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, Klaibers, and extended family and friends he loved so dearly. As a native of South Jamaica, Queens Compton went to P.S. 40 Huntington Prep Elementary School, then Junior High School 8, and August Martin High School. Ricardo later in life set out to further his education. He attended and graduated from Orlando Culinary Academy in Orlando, Florida. Compton extra-curriculum activities were going to the movies (LOVED), beaches, watching animated cartoon movies, handball, basketball, and paddleball. What will be truly missed is the genuine love he had for everyone and his ability to cook any and everything, he LOVED to COOK.
