Condolence: I would like to leave and my pay my respects,the respects I never got the right to say goodbye to my own father.I was never informed by anyone but a third party which was yesterday about my father’s passing I cried and asked myself why has no one told me this it has been over a month since he died.My father once told me that if anything happened to him the family would keep in touch with me but that never happened and I love my father we talked and called each other regularly. My very last memory I am ever going to reminisce of Victor Peterson was him sitting down watching me walk proud and tall for my high graduation and seeing him proud of me with the smile on his face I will always cherish that moment for as long as I live. To his family I pray for you everyday nor am I truly mad all I want to know is why didn’t you ever tell me about his passing? I feel so hurt and I felt very wronged and never acknowledged in obituary that I am his youngest son that he left behind and I was never invited to see him one last time at my own father’s funeral.Victor Peterson gave me a special gift I could never return to him,it was life,nineteen beautiful years of life and I’m grateful for that and I will always keep that in my heart.I grieve for him and I feel his family’s pain and I wish for the best for Virginia Peterson and Andre Peterson as well,as Victor was also my family member and my loving father. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Many have found true comfort from the pages of God's word the Bible (2 Corinthians 1:3-5}. The Bible tells us why we die (Genesis 2:16, 17; Romans 5:12) the condition of the dead (Ecclesiastes 9:5) and that we can be reunited with our loved ones (Acts 24:15). The Bible also tells us where this happy event will take place (Psalm 37:29; 115:16). Condolence: Dear Mrs. Peterson, Please accept my heartfelt condolences. It is always painful to lose a loved one, but even more so when it’s your spouse. While the depth of pain you are experiencing is far greater than I could begin to imagine, I had to share these words with you and your son Andre.
A real source of hope for me is the Lord’s prayer. Jesus’ words at Matthew chapter 6, verse 10 say: ‘Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth.’ I find this comforting because nowhere in the Bible is sickness or death mentioned as occurring in heaven; hence, I look forward to seeing God’s will for the earth to be carried out just as it is in heaven.
The kingdom hope helps me to cope with my loss of loved ones. It also emphasizes Almighty God’s purpose for the earth- (Psalm 115:16; Psalm 37:29), and Jesus’ words at Luke 23:43 regarding Paradise.
One question you might want an answer to then Is: ‘How will God’s kingdom alleviate the pain death causes?’ An encouraging response is found in your Bible. –1 Corinthians 15:26.
I sincerely hope that these Scriptures and words serve as some comfort to you at this time.
