You are in our thoughts and prayers and we extend our deepest sympathy on the loss of Connie. Connie was a truly special person who touched many lives with her kindness and wonderful generosity. Her legacy will live on as she motivated thousands of women to live a heart healthy life by appearing in the documentary " A Woman's Heart" . It was an honor and great pleasure to work with her. She inspired us all and we will miss her.
