Testimonials
Dear Mr. Brewster,
The family of the late Elsie Huggins Philadelphia would like to express our gratitude to you and your entire staff for the professionalism on a job well done. You made our mom’s appearance so real and peaceful, that my three year old grandson told everyone,”Mommy is sleeping in a chocolate box.” That is his way in dealing with the loss of his great grandmother. His statement has given me some comfort, because of your excellent work.
We thank each and every one of you for your patience and sensitivity. You all know just how to deal with family members when they are going through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Not a question was left unanswered, neither did we feel uncomfortable, everything was up to par. I know that I am difficult to be pleased, but you satisfied my needs. My entire family wishes you, your staff, and business continuous success and prosperity.
Thank you for reading my letter.

With Our Thanks
Ken, "Thank you" is a simple phrase but still it's meant to show that we appreciate your kindness more than you could know.
We want to thank you for the way you treated my family. It was not business as usual. We were treated with respect and kindness.
Thank you for a job will done.
Sincerely
Jannie & Ray Charles

Dear Mr. Brewster,
Just a short note of thanks for the kindness shown during the recent passing of my grandmother, Ms. Rosa Mae Latten.
Although my family resides in San Antonio, Texas, our roots are up in St. Albans, New York. My wife's, father worked at Crowe's way back when and Crowe's has been designated as the family funeral home ever since. We first dealt with Crowe's in our own right when my mother passed away in 2002 and again in March 2009 when my grandmother passed. My wife and I honored her wishes to take her back to her home church one last time and her daughter's wishes that they be buried together. This required the use of four funeral homes although it should have been three and many airline tickets for our family of five to go from San Antonio, Texas, to Charleston, South Carolina, Jamaica, New York and back home to San Antonio.
My wife, Wanda, spoke with you and explained our situation and you understood. We realize you are in the business to make a profit, but we are so glad you were willing to work with us in the financial department to ensure everyone's wishes were met.
Thank you to you and your staff.
Sincerely,
Robert & Wanda Smith

Mr. Kenneth Brewster and Staff,
Greeting to you. We have received your letter and have noted the contents. We are gratified by your kindness, thank you.
On the afternoon that my sister Letitea and I stopped at your office, we were merely trying to get some insights into arranging a funeral. At that time our Dad, Arthur Burrell, was hospitalized, the prognosis was not good. We thought it best to get prepared should we be forced to face the reality of his demise.
When we met with you, we left knowing that we had come to the right place. You were very cordial, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The various services were explained. Prices and fees were explained very clearly. We left with a detailed estimate that fit our budget.
Little did we know that we would be calling upon you so soon. Dad died on June 24, 2009, the same day that we had selected the burial plot.
You and your fine staff were there to do what you do best. Every detail was executed with absolutely excellent precision. We were very pleased. Dads final resting place at mount prospect cemetary in Neptune, New Jersey was just what we thought he would have liked.
We loved our Dad and considered it a privilege that we cared for him. He would have been 93 on August 20. Most of all our gratitude and appreciation goes to you for making this experience memorable. Dealing withthe death and burial of a loved one can be handled with dignity and compassion. For that we say thank you. Also, we will certainly remember to recommend your company to others.
Yours Sincerely Lurena Burrell & Letitea Archer

Hi Mr. Morales and Mr. Brewster,
I received so many compliments of the wonderful services you provided for my mom Hazel Evans. People on my job have never seen such a great website, or better yet, they never seen a funeral home website. I work in Suffolk County and the people were so amazed of your beautiful funeral home when they came on Thursday night. They said “Its Elegant”. I want to thank you for you wonderful patience with us and you showed us you care. You made us feel like family. You guys are AMAZING. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS.
Thank You and Have a Positive Day,
